How do I get early access to tickets for RAYE’s UK and EU tour dates in 2026?
You need to have ordered Album 2 from https://uk-eur-shop.rayeofficial.com/ by 3:00pm BST Monday 22nd September.
Or, sign up via the form on the official store before 3:00pm BST Monday 22nd September.
When will I get my presale access code?
If you purchased an album, or registered via the form, you will receive an email between 3:00pm and 5:00pm BST Monday 22nd September containing your presale code, a link to the presale and details of the tour.
When does the presale open?
The exclusive presale opens at 10:00am local time Tuesday 23rd September.
Presale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket presale before general release. Please note, due to high demand tickets are extremely limited.
How does the code work?
Each code is only valid for the following RAYE show dates:
January 2026:
Saturday 24th January - Berlin, Germany - Uber Arena
February 2026:
Tuesday 10th February - Cologne, Germany - Lanxess Arena
Sunday 15th February - Paris, France - Accor Arena
Tuesday 17th February - Manchester, UK - Co-Op Live
Friday 20th February - Glasgow, UK - OVO Hydro
Monday 23rd February - Birmingham, UK - BP Pulse LIVE
Thursday 26th February - London, UK - The O2
Friday 27th February - London, UK - The O2
In order to qualify for the ticket presale you need to order directly from https://uk-eur-shop.rayeofficial.com/
Please keep the email containing your presale link and passcode, ready for the presale.
One code is issued per customer, allowing 4 tickets to be purchased.
How do I redeem my code?
Simply follow the link provided in your email, which will take you to a designated presale page.
Please ensure you are entering your passcode into the appropriate box.
I’ve pre-ordered the album, but I have not received my code yet, why?
You should receive your code between 3:00pm and 5:00pm BST Monday 22nd September. Please check both your inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email.
If you have not received this code, please raise a ticket with https://help.on-repeat.co.uk/support/tickets/new
The code, along with all the tour details will be sent to the email address that you used when making your album purchase.
I’ve entered my presale code but I’m having issues completing my order at checkout. What should I do?
